We understand the importance of your privacy and are committed to safeguarding your personal information. If you wish to have your data removed from our systems, this page outlines the steps you can take to request data removal in compliance with Google’s requirements.

What Data Do We Collect?

  • Chosen Player Name
  • Email address
  • User IDs
  • Address (city, state, country)
  • Other information (Date of Birth, gender)
  • App interactions
  • Crash logs
  • Diagnostics

How to Request Data Removal


Option 1: Within the Match Poker Online App

Please follow the steps outlined in the screenshots below:

Step 1: Go to Settings

Step 1: Go to Settings from the main Lobby.

Step 2: Tap on 'Delete my account and remove all data'

Step 2: Tap on ‘Delete my account and remove all data’ (found in the bottom-right-hand corner of the screen).

Step 3: Tap 'YES' when prompted.

Step 3: Tap ‘YES’ when prompted.

You should then see the following screen:

If you have difficulties with any of the above, please try Option 2 below.

Option 2: By Email

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to our support team at contact@matchpoker.com with the subject line ‘Data Removal Request’.
  2. Verification: To protect your privacy, we will ask you to verify your identity before proceeding with the data removal process.
  3. Confirmation: Once your identity is verified, we will confirm that your data removal request has been processed.

Note: You will also be removed from our Mailing List if you take either of the above steps.

If you wish to be removed from our Mailing List without us removing all the data in the app, please tap the ‘Unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of the email.

Data Deletion Timeline:

Main Database

Upon receiving your verified request, we will delete all your personal data from our main database within 24 hours.

Database Backups

Please note that we retain automatic database backups for 30 days. Your data will be completely removed from these backups after this period.
